Membership Policies

Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds for any reason. All sales are final, with zero exceptions.

  • A 30-day notice is required for cancellations. Submit cancellation requests via our online form.

  • A buyout option is available for 50% of the remaining term dues.

Membership Holds & Freezes

  • Memberships can be frozen for 2 weeks to 3 months for a $10 admin fee per freeze.

  • After the hold period ends, the membership automatically reactivates.

  • Holds and freezes must be submitted via our online form.

  • For accounts on hold, membership and billing will be extended accordingly.

Payments & Account Management

  • Credit card payments only.

  • Auto-renewal applies to all memberships unless canceled per policy.

  • All membership fees include taxes (GST 5% applied).

    Late Payments: A $20 re-sign-up fee will be applied to late payments after a 3-day grace period.

  • No Discounts: We are not offering discounts at this time.

Membership Transfers

  • Memberships cannot be transferred to another person.

10-Class Pass

  • No holds allowed.

  • Expires 6 months from the date of purchase.

Drop-In Policy

  • Drop-ins can be purchased online via the NMA website.

  • Only one drop-in is allowed per member.

Trial Membership

  • A one-day trial is available for new members.

  • Afterward, you can choose either a drop-in or membership option.

Suspension or Termination

  • NMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to misconduct, non-payment, or violation of gym policies.
